US Crude

United States

The United States produced a record 13.6 million barrels a day of crude oil and lease condensate in 2025, the most of any country (EIA). Output comes from onshore shale basins such as the Permian, from the deepwater Gulf of Mexico and from Alaska's North Slope. WTI is the US benchmark.
