The Darlington Nuclear Refurbishment is Canada's largest clean infrastructure project, involving the comprehensive refurbishment of all four 878-MWe PHWR CANDU reactors at the Darlington Nuclear Generating Station located 45 miles east of Toronto. The 10-year megaproject, budgeted at C$12.8 billion
