Hyundai Steel Company is developing a $5.8 billion ultra-low-carbon steel manufacturing plant on 1,700 acres in the RiverPlex MegaPark in Donaldsonville, Ascension Parish, Louisiana, featuring state-of-the-art electric arc furnace (EAF) technology to produce 2.7 million metric tons of automotive-gra
