The Kingston Energy Complex is a major energy infrastructure project in East Tennessee developed by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) to replace the aging 70-year-old Kingston Fossil Plant coal facility. The complex will feature approximately 1,500 MW of combined-cycle generation capacity, includ
