The New England/Mid-Atlantic Aquaculture Growth initiative is a collaborative program to expand marine aquaculture production along the New England and Mid-Atlantic coasts by pre-permitting federal ocean waters for low-impact farming of shellfish, finfish, and algae. It targets areas off Massachuset
